Dane Suite was founded by Gavin Sorensen in Surprise, Arizona. Talking with local contractors, he kept hearing the same thing: the work is out there, but it is scattered. A homeowner asks a Facebook group who fixes AC, a city posts a maintenance contract on a bid board, a Yelp lead lands at 9 pm — and the job goes to whoever sees it first. An owner on a roof can't watch all of that.

So Dane Suite finds where the work and the hours slip away, and builds what fixes it. It is built for licensed contractors in any state and works through the email, phone and job software you already use, so there is no new app to learn. What we build is fixed-scope and chosen from your own numbers: an AI phone receptionist, missed-call text-back, Jobber and Housecall Pro automations, a bid pipeline that matches public bids to your license and reads the invitation-to-bid emails already in your inbox, AI-assisted bid prep, estimate follow-up and review requests.

Every engagement starts with the Owner Growth Call: 20 to 40 minutes on the phone with our AI interviewer (recorded, and it tells you it’s an AI). We analyze the transcript of your call to map how work moves through your business — leads, bids, scheduling, admin — and show where AI and automation fit, in a written report with your top 3 fixes. From there you can stop, fix things yourself, or have us build what the numbers justify.

How we work

• We start small. One call and one written report, at a one-time price. Anything bigger is quoted in writing, at a fixed scope, after we have seen your numbers.
• You approve anything that goes out in your name. Replies and quotes are yours before they go out, and anything unusual comes to you instead of getting an automatic message.
• We never post, scrape or submit for you. We read the notifications you chose to receive, draft what you can post yourself, and prepare bids you sign and submit.
• The setup and the day-to-day running are done by an AI operations lead working inside a governed workspace, with a person reviewing what reaches you.
• We say no. If what you need isn't worth building, or your software can't be connected (we have no native ServiceTitan or PlanHub integration), we'll tell you up front.
• The price is on the site. The call and the assessment have fixed one-time prices. The only lower price is the case-study discount for the first 10 owners who let us share their results (named or anonymous, their choice, approved by them before anything is published).

Why Arizona

We are based in Surprise, Arizona, and work with contractors in any state. Our public-bid matching uses Arizona data today: Arizona publishes its contractor license data and its agencies post their bids publicly — which is what lets us match work to your ROC license classes and your service area.
