Dane Suite Service Agreement
The plain-English terms for every Dane Suite service. Version 4 · October 7, 2026.
Plain-English summary. This is a summary; the sections below are the agreement.
- Businesses only. Dane Suite is a service for contracting businesses in any U.S. state, not consumers.
- The Owner Growth Call and the Team Assessment are one-time purchases. You pay once. Nothing renews and there is no subscription.
- The interviewer is an AI and every interview is recorded. It says both at the start, asks if that's okay, and you can stop at any time.
- A person on our team reviews every report before you get it, and may call you with a few follow-up questions.
- A Game Plan Call is included. You book it after your report arrives, within 14 days.
- Payments are non-refundable. If you're not satisfied you can redo the AI interview once, at no charge, within 30 days of your report. If we can't deliver a report at all for a reason on our side, we deliver it or refund it.
- Reports are estimates from your own numbers, with the working shown. They are not a promise of jobs or revenue.
- Builds and care plans are quoted in writing. Nothing starts or is billed until you sign the quote. You own what we build for you and the accounts it runs on.
- We never sell your data, and your staff's interviews are confidential by default.

1. Who this agreement is between
This agreement is between Danesure, Inc., doing business as Dane Suite ("Dane Suite", "we", "us"), 14545 W Grand Ave, Ste 106 #1196, Surprise, AZ 85374, and the business that buys a Dane Suite service ("you"). The person who accepts it confirms they are authorized to agree for that business. You accept it by ticking "I agree" at checkout, by signing a quote or order form that refers to it, or by paying an invoice that refers to it.
- Businesses only. Dane Suite is a service for businesses. It is not offered to consumers for personal or household use.
- Contracting businesses. Our services are for contracting businesses in any U.S. state, not for consumers. By buying, you confirm your business is one. You are responsible for the licenses your state requires.
2. What we sell
| Service | Price | How it's bought |
|---|---|---|
| Owner Growth Call | — one-time (— with the case-study discount, section 10) | Checkout. Nothing renews. |
| Team Assessment | — for up to 9 staff · — for up to 50 · — for up to 100, plus your own interview, one-time | Checkout. Nothing renews. |
| AI Department build | —, fixed scope | Written quote after a build consult |
| Care plan | — a month | Written quote |
- Your order governs. The service, price and any terms shown at checkout, on your signed quote or on your invoice on the day you buy are the ones that apply to you.
- Same prices for everyone. We don't offer discounts, except the case-study discount on the Owner Growth Call (section 10) and the credits described in sections 4 and 11.
- Taxes. Prices don't include any sales or transaction privilege tax. If tax applies, it is added.
3. The Owner Growth Call
- The interview. After you pay, you get a number to call our AI interviewer at a time that suits you. The call usually takes 20 to 40 minutes, because the interviewer asks follow-up questions about the tools and systems your business already uses. Have your rough numbers handy (average job size, leads a week, close rate, bids a month). Please take your interview call within 30 days of paying. If you haven't called by then, the order lapses and nothing is refunded — but if you ask us before or within a week after, we'll extend it once by 30 days.
- The report. We analyze the transcript of your call to map how work moves through your business (leads, bids, scheduling, admin) and show where AI and automation fit. Your report arrives within 2 business days of your completed interview call, by email. It covers more work, winning more bids and cutting costs, your top 3 fixes with dollar estimates, and a setup playbook of recommended automations.
- The playbook is instructions. If you set things up yourself from it, you do so in your own accounts and at your own pace. Tool costs in it are approximate; check current pricing with each provider. We don't log in to your systems or set anything up unless you buy a build (section 11).
- Included: the interview, the written report, a person's review of it (section 6) and a 30-minute Game Plan Call (section 7).
- Not included: staff interviews (that's the Team Assessment), any build, setup or account changes, a fixed build price (the report gives ranges), and legal, accounting, tax or licensing advice.
4. The Team Assessment
- Priced by interview seats. — for up to 9 staff, — for up to 50, — for up to 100, one-time. You choose who takes part. Each staff interview or survey uses one seat; your own owner interview is included and never uses a seat. A seat is used once that person is added to your interview list; if someone hasn't started, you can swap them for someone else, but once a person's interview has begun, that seat stays used. More than 100 staff taking part, we quote.
- Adding seats. You can move up a tier at any time by paying only the difference between the two tiers, from your private assessment page or by asking us. Payments are non-refundable (section 9), including if you buy fewer seats than you later want — add seats instead. If you add seats when interviews close within 3 days, or after they have closed, we move the close date to 7 days after your payment so the new seats can be used.
- Your interview list. You add, change and remove the people on your interview list yourself, within your seats, on your private assessment page — and our team can help, or make changes for you. Anyone who hasn't started can be changed, swapped or removed; in a confidential assessment, once interviews are open, changes to people already on the list go through our team so that nobody's participation can be worked out from your page. The list locks when interviews close.
- Department-head interviews. In a named assessment you can give the person who leads a department a team-level interview about how their department works, instead of an individual interview; it uses one seat like anyone else. It isn't available in a confidential assessment, because a department head's answers about their own team identify them.
- Coverage. Anyone who doesn't take part is a gap: their daily work, the tools they use and the automation that would help them most won't be in your report or your plan, so the results will be less complete. You may tell us how many people work in your business so your page and report can show coverage; that number never changes your price.
- What happens. We set up the interviews with you: your team list, a close date for interviews, and your privacy setting (below). We interview you and your staff with our AI interviewer, in the browser or by phone. Each person gets their own private link and interview code, and anyone who prefers can fill in a web survey instead. You get a private page to follow progress and send reminders.
- AI use and customer data. Each interview and survey ends with a few questions about the AI tools people use for work, whether they use company or personal accounts and devices (at work or at home), and what kinds of customer information go into them. Your report includes a section on what we found and the settings and simple AI policy we recommend. These answers follow your team's privacy setting below; in a confidential assessment they are pooled across the whole company and never attributed to anyone. We check and recommend; we don't promise that any data is safe.
- The report. A full written report, a 90-day roadmap and a priced build plan. Your report arrives within 10 business days of the last completed interview. A 60-minute Game Plan Call is included (section 7).
- Growth Call credit. If you bought the Owner Growth Call and buy the Team Assessment within 14 days after your Game Plan Call (or after your report arrives, if you didn't have a Game Plan Call), the full amount you actually paid for the call is credited against the assessment. After that, the credit is — (or what you paid, if less), with no deadline. The credit is always what you actually paid, so if you bought at the case-study price (— instead of —), your credit is that price, not the regular price. When you buy the Team Assessment from your Dane Suite portal, the credit is applied automatically at checkout, and your assessment is ready in your portal as soon as you pay so you can add your team straight away.
- Not included: the build itself, staff training, and any finding about an individual's performance. We never report on a named person's performance, and we never pass on what someone said about a named coworker.
Your team's privacy setting
When we set up your Team Assessment you choose how your team's answers reach you:
- Confidential (the default). You receive findings by department and quotes with no names attached, never recordings, transcripts or who said what. Any department with fewer than 3 completed interviews is combined into an "Other" group, and if that group is still under 3 its answers aren't used in anything you see. Your progress page counts completions by department, not by name.
- Named (attributed). You may see each person's name, position, transcript and survey answers, but not audio recordings.
We tell every participant which setting applies in their invitation, on their interview page and at the start of their interview, before they answer. You can change the setting only until the first person takes part; after that it is locked, and answers always keep the setting the person was told. In either setting, the Dane Suite staff who write your report see and hear everything, and every such access is logged. Taking part is voluntary for your staff. See our Privacy Policy, section 5B.
5. AI interviews, recording and consent
- The interviewer is an AI and every interview is recorded and transcribed. It says both at the start of every call, before any question, and asks whether that's okay. If the answer isn't a clear yes, the call ends politely and our team gets in touch another way. You (and each staff member) can stop at any time. By continuing the call, you agree to the recording.
- Your team. We tell each staff member that their interview is recorded and run by an AI, and which privacy setting applies, in their invitation and again before they answer. Please let your team know the assessment is happening.
- How we use recordings. Only to prepare your report and any work you buy from us, and to check and improve the quality of our interviews. We never sell recordings, transcripts or answers, and never use them for advertising.
- Who runs the call. Our call and AI providers (currently Vapi, Deepgram, OpenAI and Anthropic) process calls for us on our instructions. They are listed on our subprocessors page.
- How long we keep them. Recordings, transcripts and answers are kept for 12 months after the interview and then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep something longer. You can ask us to delete a recording once your report is delivered (deleting it before then means we can't write the report from it). The finished report is kept with your account records. See our Privacy Policy, section 5A.
6. Delivery, human review and follow-up
- When the clock starts. Report times count from the completed interview, not from your purchase: 2 business days for the Owner Growth Call, 10 business days after the last completed interview for a Team Assessment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays; a call completed on a weekend or holiday counts from the next business day.
- A person reviews every report before it is delivered.
- Follow-up calls. If something in the call needs clarifying, our team may call you with a few follow-up questions to sharpen the results. If the interview was too short to work anything out, we call you back once to fill the gaps, and your report then arrives within 2 business days of that follow-up call.
- How it arrives. By email, to the address you bought with. A Team Assessment report is also available on your private page.
- Your portal. Every buyer also gets a private Dane Suite portal account, created from your checkout details, to follow your call or interviews, your report and next steps. No software to learn — just a page you sign in to.
7. The Game Plan Call
- Every Owner Growth Call includes a 30-minute Game Plan Call, and every Team Assessment a 60-minute one, to walk through your results, answer your questions and talk through next steps.
- You book it. After your report arrives, book it using the link or instructions in your report email, for a time within 14 days. Booking it is up to you.
- If you don't book it within 14 days of your report, it lapses, and nothing is refunded for it. If we have to move a booked call, we offer you a new time.
8. Reminders and feedback
- If you haven't called. If you've bought the Owner Growth Call and we haven't received your interview, we send you a few short reminder emails over the following weeks with your call-in number. They stop as soon as your call comes in. The last one reminds you that your call window closes 30 days after you paid, and how to ask for the one extension (section 3).
- Feedback. After your report, we email you a link to a short private feedback form, and one reminder. It is optional unless you took the case-study discount (section 10).
- These are service emails about your purchase. We don't text you reminders.
9. Payment, no refunds and the free redo
- How you pay. The Owner Growth Call and the Team Assessment are paid once, at checkout, by card or bank payment through our payment processor, Stripe. They are not subscriptions, and nothing renews or is charged again automatically. Builds and care plans are paid as their signed quote says (sections 11 and 12). Receipts come from Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- No refunds. Payments for the Owner Growth Call and the Team Assessment are non-refundable.
- One free redo. Not satisfied with your report? We'll go over it on your Game Plan Call, and you can redo the AI interview once, at no charge, within 30 days of receiving the report — a second conversation often surfaces different answers — and we'll write a fresh report. For a Team Assessment, the same rule applies to the interviews.
- If we can't deliver. If we can't deliver a report at all for a reason on our side (for example, the call can't be completed because of our systems), we will either deliver it or, if we can't, refund what you paid for it. This is about delivering a report, not about the results in it.
- Charges you think are wrong. Tell us within 60 days of the charge and we'll look at it before you dispute it with your bank.
10. The case-study discount
- The first 10 buyers who agree to the Dane Suite Case-Study Agreement get a — case-study discount and pay — for the Owner Growth Call. Stripe closes the discounted price after 10 sales.
- What you agree to. An honest testimonial and a short private feedback form within 14 days of your Game Plan Call, and letting us publish a short case study of what your call found and what changed. Your testimonial doesn't have to be positive.
- Your visibility. You choose anonymous, first name or named when you review the draft (anonymous until you choose). Nothing naming you is published without your approval, and we never publish your dollar figures, customers, staff or call recording. Every published case study says you received a discount.
- If it isn't completed. If the testimonial or feedback form isn't completed within 30 days of your Game Plan Call, the discount no longer applies and we may invoice the difference between the case-study price and the regular price. We send reminders before that happens.
- The Case-Study Agreement has the details and wins if the two ever conflict about a case study. Buyers of the earlier first-five price keep the testimonial terms they agreed to.
11. AI Department build
- Consult, then a written quote. A build starts with a build consult (you can ask for one at danesuite.com/build-consult; asking is not a purchase). We then send a written quote with a fixed scope and a fixed price, usually in the range —. Most builds follow an Owner Growth Call or Team Assessment.
- Nothing starts or is billed until you sign the quote. The signed quote sets the scope, price, payment schedule, target go-live date and what "go-live" means for that build. If it conflicts with this agreement on price or scope, the quote wins.
- Paying for a build. Builds are paid in stages set out in your signed quote — normally a deposit before work starts and the balance at go-live, with a mid-point payment on larger builds. Work starts when the deposit is paid.
- Credits. Your assessment fee is credited against a build, as your quote shows.
- Changes. Anything outside the signed scope is quoted in writing before we do it. It never changes the price of the signed scope without your written agreement.
- Running costs. Phone minutes, texting, automation-tool tasks and similar third-party costs are passed through at cost, and quoted before you sign. Where possible they are billed to accounts in your name (section 15).
- Go-live. Unless your quote says otherwise, go-live means the build is working in production on your real phone line or inbox, you have signed it off, and your office has a one-page "how this works".
- Texting needs registration. Any build that sends texts needs a texting provider and A2P 10DLC registration (section 13), which can add several weeks before texts can go live.
- You approve anything that goes out in your name. We never submit a bid, sign anything or log in as you.
12. Care plan
- A care plan keeps what we built for you running: monitoring, fixes and improvements as set out in your quote, at — a month depending on what it covers.
- It starts only when you sign its quote. The quote sets what it covers, the monthly price and any minimum term.
- Billing and cancelling. A care plan is billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Unless your quote says otherwise, it runs month to month and you can cancel with 30 days' written notice; it is billed through the end of the notice period.
- Running costs are passed through at cost, as in section 11. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and we tell you; if it is still unpaid after 15 days we may pause care work until it is paid. We don't charge late fees or interest.
13. Your responsibilities
- Accurate information. Give us honest, reasonably accurate numbers and answers. Reports and quotes are built from what you tell us.
- Your team. Tell your staff the assessment is happening. Don't ask them to share their personal links or codes, and don't pressure anyone to take part or to tell you what they said.
- Access for builds. Give us the access a build needs, on time, through each system's own sign-in or a named user invite. We never ask for your passwords, or for banking or payroll logins. If access on your side is late, the go-live date moves.
- Texting (A2P 10DLC). US carriers require business texting to be registered (A2P 10DLC). If a build or care plan sends texts, you complete the registration for your business with the texting provider, with our help, and keep it current. Texts go only to people who contacted you first or who have given you consent; you keep those consent records, and every text honors STOP. We never text purchased or scraped lists, send cold texts or make AI or prerecorded sales calls for you.
- What goes out in your name. You approve the wording of anything sent in your name and are responsible for it, including automatic replies you choose to switch on.
- Third-party sites and bids. You follow the terms of the sites, software and lead services you use. You review, sign and submit every bid and quote yourself, and you are responsible for your licenses (including your Arizona ROC license or your own state's equivalent), prices and representations.
14. What a report is, and isn't
- Estimates, not promises. Dollar figures in a report are estimates calculated from the numbers you gave us, with the working shown. They are not a measurement, and not a promise of jobs, bids won or revenue.
- Build prices in a report are ranges. The fixed price comes from a quote after a build consult.
- A report is operational advice about how work moves through your business. It is not legal, accounting, tax or licensing advice, and it doesn't decide whether you should bid on anything.
15. Who owns what
- Your data and your reports. You own your data: your numbers, customers, leads, messages, templates, price book and bid documents. You can use your report however you like within your business.
- Your build and your accounts. You own what we build for you once it is paid for: the automations, configurations, scripts and content made for your business. The accounts it runs on (phone numbers, texting, automation tools, software subscriptions) are set up in your business's name wherever the provider allows, and stay yours if we stop working together. We hand over the access and a summary of how it works.
- Our tools. We keep our general know-how, report templates, prompts, interview question sets and internal tools. Where any of them are part of your build, you may keep using them for your own business.
16. Your data, privacy and security
- We never sell your data or use it for advertising. We use it only to provide our services to you, including support, your reports and keeping the service secure. It is never shared with another client or business, except our service providers or where the law requires it. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how long we keep it.
- Service providers. We use providers to run Dane Suite (hosting, database, payments, email, AI and calls). Each processes your data only to provide its part of the service. They are listed on our subprocessors page. AI providers process your data under business terms that don't allow them to train their models on it.
- Security. We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage by our hosting and database providers, connection tokens kept in an encrypted vault, each client's data kept in its own workspace, and staff access limited to what's needed and logged for interview data.
- Security incidents. If we confirm a security incident that exposed your data to someone who shouldn't have it, we will tell you without undue delay and within 72 hours of confirming it: what happened, what data was involved, what we're doing about it and what you can do. We'll help you meet any notice duties you have, including under Arizona's data breach law (A.R.S. §18-552).
- Case studies. Your numbers are never published or used in a case study except under the Case-Study Agreement or your separate written permission.
- Deletion. You can ask us to delete specific data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may keep billing records and anything the law requires us to keep.
Google user data: Limited Use
If you connect a Google account to Dane Suite, Dane Suite's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data from your Google account is used only to provide and improve the Dane Suite features you use and can see; is not transferred to anyone else except as needed to provide those features, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets with notice to you; is never used for advertising, never sold, and never used to work out creditworthiness or for lending; is not read by people except a specific message you ask us to look at, for security, where the law requires it, or as aggregated and anonymized data for running the service; and is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. We apply the same rules to any Microsoft account you connect.
17. Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other's non-public business information confidential. For you, that means your data, numbers, pricing, bids and what your staff told us. For us, it means our non-public prompts, workflows, report templates and pricing tools. Each of us will use it only for this agreement and share it only with people and providers who need it and are bound to keep it confidential. This doesn't cover information that is public through no fault of the receiver, that the receiver already had or developed independently, or that the law requires to be disclosed (with notice to the other where allowed). This section continues for 3 years after our work together ends, and for as long as the information stays confidential in the case of your customer data, staff interviews and bid information.
18. What we don't promise
We promise what we do: the interview, a written report reviewed by a person and delivered on the timing in section 6, the Game Plan Call, and builds and care work as your signed quote describes. We don't promise any number of leads, jobs, bids won, reviews, hours saved or revenue. Dane Suite gives operational help. It does not give legal, accounting, tax or licensing advice.
Apart from what this agreement says, our services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise any service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any third-party site, API, phone carrier or notification will stay available. AI can make mistakes; that is why a person reviews every report and you approve anything sent in your name.
19. Limits of liability
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event that caused the claim.
- Neither of us is liable to the other for lost profits, lost jobs or bids, lost data that could have been restored from your own systems, or indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, even if warned they were possible.
- These limits don't apply to fees you owe, to either party's indemnity in section 20, or to liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited. They don't limit a refund owed under section 9 (if we can't deliver) or under the Pro guarantee in Appendix A5.
20. Indemnities
- You will defend and cover us against third-party claims, and the reasonable costs, that come from: messages, posts, quotes or bids sent or submitted in your name that you approved or set to send automatically; your customers' consent and opt-out records; your use of third-party sites against their terms; your bids, licenses and representations to agencies; or your breach of this agreement or the law.
- We will defend and cover you against third-party claims, and the reasonable costs, that come from: a claim that our own tools or work (not your content) infringe someone's intellectual property; or our breach of sections 16 or 17.
- The party asking to be covered must tell the other promptly, let it control the defense, and cooperate. Neither may settle a claim that admits fault for the other without the other's consent.
21. Pausing and ending
- One-time services end when they are delivered. You can stop taking part at any time; section 9 covers payment.
- Builds and care plans end as their signed quote says, or as below.
- We may pause an automation immediately if it is sending something harmful or wrong, if a provider or the law requires it, or to protect your data. We'll tell you why and restart it as soon as it's safe.
- Either of us may end this agreement with written notice if the other seriously breaks it and doesn't fix the problem within 15 days of being told. If you end it for our breach, we refund any fees you prepaid for work or time after it ends.
- We may end it with written notice if you use Dane Suite for anything unlawful, deceptive or abusive, or in a way that puts our provider access at risk.
- When a build or care plan ends, we stop any sending we run for you, remove our access to your accounts and hand over anything section 15 says is yours. You can ask for an export of the data we hold for that work within 30 days; we then delete it within 30 days (backups roll off within a further 30 days), except billing records, anything the law requires us to keep, and interview data and reports, which follow section 5.
- Sections 9 (amounts owed), 14 to 20, 23 and 24 continue after this agreement ends.
22. Changes to this agreement
This page shows the current version and its date. A one-time purchase is governed by the version in effect on the day you buy it. For care plans and anything else ongoing, we give at least 30 days' written notice by email before a change applies to you; if a change materially hurts you during a minimum term, you can cancel before it takes effect without owing the rest of the minimum. Changes required by law, or by a provider we connect through, may apply sooner. We'll tell you as early as we can.
23. Governing law and disputes
Arizona law governs this agreement, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and each of us agrees to those courts' jurisdiction. Before going to court, each of us will try in good faith to resolve the dispute by talking for at least 30 days, except for urgent relief to protect data or confidential information.
24. Notices and general terms
- Notices under this agreement, including cancellation, must be in writing. Email counts. Our notices go to the email address you bought with. Yours go to [email protected], or by mail to Danesure, Inc. dba Dane Suite, 14545 W Grand Ave, Ste 106 #1196, Surprise, AZ 85374. A notice sent by email is received the next business day.
- Whole agreement. This agreement, your order (checkout, quote or invoice), any signed quote and, for case-study buyers, the Case-Study Agreement are the whole agreement between us about Dane Suite. If they conflict, the signed quote or order wins for price and scope, the Case-Study Agreement wins about a case study, and this agreement wins for everything else.
- Separate from other products. Dane Suite services are sold separately from any other product or service offered by Danesure, Inc. and are never conditioned on purchasing one.
- Events outside our control. Neither of us is responsible for a delay caused by something outside our reasonable control, such as an outage at a provider, a change to a third-party site or API, or a natural disaster. This doesn't excuse payment.
- Transfer. Neither of us may transfer this agreement without the other's consent, except to a successor of the whole business with notice.
- Independent businesses. We are independent contractors. Neither of us is the other's agent, partner or employee.
- Severability and waiver. If part of this agreement can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term once doesn't waive it.

- Live, Building and Coming soon. We only promise features that were Live on the day you signed. Building or Coming-soon features are delivered when released, at no extra charge on a plan that lists them, with no promised date. If a listed feature is withdrawn instead, we tell you in writing and you may cancel without owing the rest of any minimum term.
- Free start (trials started before October 6, 2026): 14 days, no card, nothing charged automatically. After day 14 without a plan, a free view of matching bids remains and Lead Inbox pauses.
A2. Setup and launch
The setup fee pays for onboarding (kickoff call, connecting your email and software, lead-source guides, trades, license classes and service area, templates in your voice, a live test). We aim to have you live within 14 days of signing, with about 60 minutes of your time; if a step on your side is late, go-live moves. Your go-live date is shown in your portal, and minimum terms and the Pro guarantee count from it.
A3. Billing
The setup fee and first month are charged on the day you choose a plan; after that you're billed monthly in advance on the same day of the month through Stripe. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and we tell you; while unpaid your portal is read-only, and after 15 days we may pause sending and alerts. No late fees or interest, and nothing is deleted because a payment failed. Fees owed for a minimum term remain payable. Your monthly rate is fixed for 12 months from go-live; after that we give at least 30 days' written notice of any change, and you can cancel before it applies. You can upgrade at any time (the setup fee is the difference between the plans' setup fees) and downgrade at the end of a minimum term.
A4. Minimum term, cancelling and the setup fee
- Starter has no minimum; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. Pro has a 3-month and AI Department a 6-month minimum from go-live, then month to month.
- After any minimum, cancel with 30 days' written notice (a portal request or an email to [email protected]); you can give notice during the minimum so that it ends when the minimum does. Cancelling during a minimum leaves the rest of it owed, unless A1, A5 or section 21 says otherwise.
- The setup fee is refunded in full if you cancel before work starts (before your kickoff call and before we connect any account); once work has started it is not refundable, except under A5.
A5. The Pro 60-day guarantee
If, within 60 days of go-live, Lead Inbox and Job Finder together have not delivered at least 10 qualified job requests or matching bid opportunities to you, you can cancel with no further months owed and we refund your setup fee.
Pro plan only; day 60 moves if go-live moved because of your side. A qualified job request is a real request for work, delivered in an alert, matching your trades and service area (not duplicates, spam, scams, job-seekers, sales pitches or DIY questions). A matching bid opportunity is a public solicitation delivered by Job Finder, matching your ROC license classes and service area, open at least 7 days after our alert. We count only what our system logged as delivered. It applies if you finished onboarding, kept your mailbox connection or forwarding rule on and turned on at least three of the lead sources in our guides that you use; we warn you in writing before day 30 if something puts it at risk. We run the check in the report covering day 60 and offer the cancellation and refund if the number is short; you have 30 days to accept. Months already billed are not refunded; the rest of the minimum is waived. The guarantee measures what we deliver, not whether any lead becomes a job.
A6. Your email and account connections
- You either connect Gmail or Google Workspace (Google's own sign-in; we read to find the lead and bid notifications you chose, and send only messages you approved) or set up a forwarding rule for the senders you pick (we see only what you forward, and replies are drafts for you to send). Outlook and other email work by forwarding today; a direct Microsoft connection would follow the same rules and Microsoft's terms.
- We keep only the excerpts and parsed fields we need (who, what work, where, when, how to reply, the request text), plus the replies you approved and a send log. We don't copy or keep your whole mailbox. Raw email content is deleted within 30 days. Card numbers, bank details and Social Security numbers are removed before any AI model sees your text.
- No person at Dane Suite reads your email except a specific message you ask us to look at, for security, where the law requires it, or as aggregated and anonymized data. Google data follows the Limited Use rules in section 16.
- Jobber and QuickBooks Online are connected read-only; we don't change your books. We connect only through each system's own sign-in or a named user invite and never ask for passwords. You can disconnect anything at any time; features that need it stop, and your plan and any minimum term are unchanged.
A7. Third-party lead sites
We never log in to, post on, comment on, message on or scrape Facebook, Nextdoor, Craigslist, Yelp, Thumbtack, Angi, Google or any other lead site for you. We only read the notifications you chose to receive. For leads answered inside a site's own app we draft a reply for you to post yourself. You are responsible for each site's terms and rules and for your accounts there. Sites can change or stop notifications at any time. Dane Suite is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of any of them.
A8. AI drafts and automatic replies
Nothing is sent in your name until you approve the templates and tone. Replies and estimate follow-ups are approved one at a time until you turn auto-send on; speed-to-lead replies to new inquiries use your approved template. You can turn any feature off at any time. You are responsible for what is sent in your name; we don't invent urgency, discounts, fees or promises. AI can misread, misclassify, miss or draft something wrong; check drafts, and tell us so we can fix it.
A9. Texts, emails and alerts
Texts to consumers go only to people who contacted you first, as a reply, or to your own customers who consented; they identify your business and honor STOP immediately. You confirm you hold the consent the law requires (including under the TCPA) and keep those records. Email we send for you follows the CAN-SPAM Act where it applies, and you are its sender. Text alerts to you and your team (Pro and up) go only to numbers you give us with consent; message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. Where a state law needs more, we follow the stricter rule.
A10. Job Finder and Bid Prep
- Job Finder summarizes public opportunities matched to your license classes, trades and area, with a link to the official posting. Always check due dates, addenda and requirements on the official posting. We don't promise to find every opportunity.
- Bid Prep (every bid on Pro and up; your first bid free on any plan) helps with vendor registrations, a capability statement, bid forms and a pricing draft from your own costs. Registration itself (SAM.gov and many portals) is free and we never charge for it. You review, sign and submit every bid; we never submit, sign or certify anything in your name or represent you to an agency. No award is guaranteed.
- More than one client on the same solicitation. Your pricing, costs, bid documents, strategy and the fact you are bidding are confidential and never shared or used for another client. Each client's bid work stays in its own workspace, built only from that client's numbers, and our AI tools never get one client's bid information while working for another. We never coordinate bids, suggest raising, lowering or holding back a bid, divide work or customers, or say who else is bidding. If we can't keep these rules on a solicitation, we decline to help on it.
A11. AI Quote Engine and Job Costing
The Quote Engine produces draft quotes priced from your own price book; nothing reaches your customer until you approve it. Property facts, imagery and measurements come from public and third-party sources and may be wrong; check them yourself. You are responsible for your quotes and for permission to record on a customer's property, and we are not responsible for estimating errors in a quote you approved. Job Costing matches transactions already in QuickBooks Online and Jobber timesheet hours to your jobs as suggestions, updated daily; it is a management tool, not accounting, tax, payroll or legal advice.
A12. When a plan ends
We stop sending and remove our access to your accounts; you keep your templates. You can ask for an export (for example CSV) within 30 days; we delete your workspace data within 30 days after the export, or after the plan ends if you don't want one, and backups roll off within a further 30 days. If we stop offering your plan, we give at least 30 days' notice and refund fees prepaid for time after it ends, and you don't owe the rest of any minimum term; the same applies if you end the plan for our breach under section 21.
