Case-Study Agreement
You get the case-study discount on your Owner Growth Call. In return, we can tell your story — with the details you choose, and nothing you haven't approved.
The short version. After your Game Plan Call you leave an honest testimonial and fill in a short private feedback form. We write up what we found and what changed. You pick whether your company is named or anonymous. You see the draft before anyone else does, and nothing goes out until you approve it. We never publish your dollar figures, your customers, your staff, or your call recording. Every case study says you received a discount for taking part.
1. What you agree to
- Let us write a case study from your Owner Growth Call, your report and — if you go on to work with us — the results that follow.
- Leave a testimonial within 14 days of your Game Plan Call: two to four sentences, written or recorded, about your experience. It must be your honest opinion — it does not have to be positive, and we will not edit its meaning.
- Complete our feedback form within 14 days of your Game Plan Call (about 5 minutes): how the experience was, how the AI interview felt, how useful the report was, what we should do better, and which features or automations you would want next. Your feedback form is private — we use it to improve Dane Suite and never publish it unless you say we can.
- Review the draft case study when we send it (section 5).
If the testimonial or feedback form isn't completed within 30 days of your Game Plan Call, the discount no longer applies and we may invoice the difference between the case-study price and the regular price. We'll send two reminders before that happens.
You are not agreeing to buy anything else, to appear on camera, or to take part in sales calls with our prospects.
2. Choose how visible you are
You choose when you review the draft. Until you choose, we treat you as Anonymous.
| Level | How you appear | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Anonymous (default) | Trade, general region and size band only. No company name, no personal name, no logo, no photos. | “An HVAC contractor in the East Valley with 10–20 staff” |
| First name | As Anonymous, plus your first name and role on your comment. | “— Rick, owner, HVAC contractor, East Valley” |
| Named | Company name, your name and title, and — only if you send them — your logo and a photo. | “— Rick Ostrander, Owner, Desert Ridge Mechanical” |
3. What we will and will not show
What we may show
- Your trade, general region (e.g. “East Valley”, “Tucson area”) and staff size band
- The kinds of problems the report found, in general terms (e.g. “after-hours calls going to voicemail”)
- The fixes and automations we recommended, and which ones you put in place
- Results as percentages, ranges or rounded counts (e.g. “estimate replies roughly doubled”, “about 10 office hours a week saved”)
- Your comment, attributed at the level you chose
- Your company name, logo and photo — only at the Named level
What we will never show
- Your revenue, profit, margins or any exact dollar figure about your business
- Your prices, average ticket or job values, or your bid amounts
- Your customers’ names, addresses or any information about them
- Your employees’ names, or anything a staff member told us (Team Assessment interviews stay confidential)
- Your call recording, transcript or the voice of anyone on the call
- Your ROC license number, street address, phone numbers or email addresses
- Your vendors, suppliers, GCs or the prices they charge you
- Screenshots of your software, inbox or accounts
- Anything you mark as confidential when you review the draft
4. Where it may appear
On danesuite.com, in our sales materials and proposals, in emails to prospective clients, and on our social media pages (for example LinkedIn). We will not sell your story to anyone else or let another company publish it as theirs.
5. You approve it first
- We send you the draft by email. You have 10 business days to approve it, ask for changes, choose your visibility level, or mark anything confidential.
- We make reasonable changes you ask for. Nothing at the First name or Named level is published without your written approval (a reply email is enough).
- If we hear nothing after 10 business days and one reminder, we may publish the Anonymous version only.
6. Changing your mind later
- You can ask us at any time to move a published case study down to Anonymous, or to take your comment down. We do it on our website and social pages within 10 business days.
- We cannot pull back copies already sent to someone, printed, or saved by others before your request.
- Once your testimonial and feedback form are in, the discount stays yours even if you later ask us to take the case study down.
7. Honesty rules we follow
- Every published case study says that the business received a discount in exchange for participating.
- We report results as they happened. We do not present one business’s results as typical or promised, and we do not change your comment’s meaning.
- If you never use the report’s recommendations, the case study can still describe what the report found — it will not claim results that didn’t happen.
