For CPAs and bookkeepers, Jobber and QuickBooks consultants, suppliers, trade associations, sponsors and our own clients. When a business you introduce subscribes to Dane Suite, you earn 20% of the subscription fees they pay in their first 12 months, paid monthly after they pay us.

How it works

1 · Apply below

A person reads every application and replies within one business day with the written partner agreement and your referral code.

2 · Make the introduction

Send the business your referral link, or have them give your code when they book their Owner Growth Call. That is how the referral is credited to you.

3 · Get paid monthly

Each month you receive 20% of the subscription fees the client actually paid that month, for their first 12 months, with a statement.

What the business you refer gets

The same price as everyone else. We don’t discount for referrals, and we don’t pay the business you refer.

The terms, plainly

20% of subscription fees paid by the referred client in their first 12 months. Setup fees are excluded, as is custom and consulting work.
Paid monthly, after the client pays. No payout on a payment that is refunded or charged back; if that happens after we have paid you, it comes off your next payout.
A signed partner agreement comes first. Nothing is owed for an introduction made before it is signed.
You speak for yourself, not for us. You can’t make promises, quote prices other than the ones on this site, or sign anything on our behalf.
Taxes: we ask for a W-9 and send a 1099 if we pay you $600 or more in a year.
The business must be new to us: not already a client, and not already talking to us, when you introduce them.

Dane Directory sponsors, too

The same structure applies to the Dane Directory contractor mailer (the monthly “Welcome to the Trade” postcard to 500 Phoenix Metro Valley contractors): introduce a business that becomes a sponsor, and you earn 20% of the sponsor fees it pays in its first 12 months.
