Job Finder checks SAM.gov (federal work in Arizona) every day, and reads ADOT highway advertisements and the bid-notice emails you sign up for from state, city and school-district portals. It keeps the bids that fit your license classes and area and puts them in your portal every day, with the due date and a link to the official posting. Email alerts are coming soon.

Job requests filtered to your trade

Lead Inbox reads the notifications you chose to receive — Facebook groups, Nextdoor, Craigslist, lead sites, your website form — and keeps the requests that match your trade and service area. A plumber doesn’t get the roofing posts.

Getting ready to bid

With Bid Prep we prepare vendor registrations, a capability statement with your license details, the bid forms and a pricing draft. SAM.gov registration is free: we help, and your business registers itself (our plain-English SAM.gov guide). You review, sign and submit every bid — we never submit anything in your name.

Property facts for quotes (coming soon)

The AI Quote Engine will use public county assessor records — Maricopa and Pima first — with satellite imagery and roof measurements, so a draft quote starts from the property, not a blank page.

Job Finder lists public notices and links to the official posting. Whether a bid fits your license, bonding and schedule is your call, and the agency’s documents always govern.
